With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, David is the Founder and Managing Director of Elite Finance Partners. His career began in two of Australia’s major banks, where he held roles across branch and mobile lending along with private lending. Known for his consistent high performance, David has earned numerous awards both at his time in banking and since transitioning into the world of mortgage broking.
Driven by a passion for finance and a genuine commitment to clients, David founded Elite Finance Partners in 2023 to provide personalised, solution-focused mortgage services. Known for his expertise in complex residential lending, he is a trusted advisor to professional services firms nationwide. David takes pride in building strong client relationships and understanding each individual’s lending needs, while his empowering leadership style fosters a can-do attitude and a relentless focus on outstanding outcomes.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young daughters. Whether it's a game of tennis or a kick of the footy, staying active and making memories with his family is what keeps him grounded.

With a particular focus on investment lending strategies, Gianluca has a strong track record of helping clients navigate complex lending scenarios, whether they’re building an investment portfolio or purchasing their first home. He is known for his ability to simplify the lending process and deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s financial goals.
Gianluca is passionate about building strong relationships and works closely with both clients and the broader Elite Finance team to ensure every lending experience is seamless, informed, and successful.
Away from the desk, Gianluca is proud of his Italian heritage — often found perfecting his homemade pizza — and enjoys quality time with his young family, along with a strong focus on health and fitness.

Allie is very experienced in customer service, coming from the high paced and highly sociable hospitality industry. She enjoys ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
In her spare time Allie likes to take her puppy, Darcie, for walks along Ocean Grove Beach. She also enjoys being creative in the kitchen and trying out new recipes.
